This stands for Public, Educational, and Government access.
In the beginning Andover Television only ran 2 channels, 11 being the educational station and 12 being the public access.
In 1997 a government channel was added.
Andover Television now operates Comcast channels 8, 10, and 22 as well as Verizon 43, 45 and 47 as a full “PEG” system.
